A representative of the ERI “UEPA” of Karazin University joined the fifth Transnational Meeting of the ERASMUS+ CRED4TEACH project in Albania

 

The 5th Transnational Meeting of the Erasmus+ CRED4TEACH project “MOOC-based micro-credentials for teacher professional development” took place on 3-4 November 2025 at the University of Shkodra.

The event brought together international partners from Germany, Portugal, Turkey, Ukraine, Montenegro and Albania.

V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University was represented at the meeting by Andrii LOMAKIN, Associate Professor of the Department of Practical Psychology and Innovative Health Technologies, Deputy Director on a voluntary basis of the Education and Research Institute “Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy”, and Roman Nesterenko, Deputy Head of the International Relations Department.

During the meeting, the progress of the project was analysed, the results of the pilot implementation of the programme for awarding micro-credentials based on the MOOC were presented, and the next steps towards its final phase were agreed upon.

Andrii Lomakin presented the main achievements of the project working group in developing a university programme for awarding partial qualifications or micro-credentials in “Effective Online Learning” with the award of the micro-qualification “Teacher-Developer of Digital Educational Resources”, emphasising the development and provision of these micro-credentials as an innovative method that contributes to the professional development of various groups of educators.

 Representatives of the University participated in two workshops, which resulted in the development of an action plan outlining further steps to ensure the continuity and sustainability of the project. All partner institutions exchanged specific ideas on the development of this plan and the responsibilities to be fulfilled in the next stages of the project.

 With the support of the municipality of Shkodër, participants also enjoyed visiting the Oso Kuka House Museum and the Museum of Memory.
