A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the School of Mindful Entrepreneurship NGO and the partnership of the Innovation Generation NGO and the Centre for Innovative Educational Technologies of the ERI “UEPA” of Karazin University, which are partners of the international project “Social student companies to support youth in (post-)war Ukraine” (STUDBIZ Ukraine). The Memorandum was signed as part of a project implemented in partnership with ChildFund Deutschland e.V. to implement various activities targeting different categories of youth and educational institutions to develop social entrepreneurship in educational institutions in Ukraine, and funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ). The purpose of the Memorandum is to combine the efforts of the Parties to develop social entrepreneurship in educational institutions in Ukraine and to create a Hub for the development of social entrepreneurship in educational institutions.
Today, the first part of the equipment for the development of the Hub for the Development of Social Entrepreneurship in Educational Institutions on the basis of the Centre for Innovative Educational Technologies of the ERI “UEPA” of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University within the framework of the STUDBIZ Ukraine project was received, namely a set of equipment for sublimation printing.
The equipment set includes:
- My Print HP230B flatbed heat press.
- AP1803 cup heat press.
- Epson dye-sublimation printer.
- My Print SubliPro sublimation ink set.
- Sublimation paper.
- Teflon sheets.
- HP thermal elements for cups and thermoses.
- My Print HP Mini handheld heat press.
- Materials for sublimation.
The Memorandum defines the areas of support and priority areas of cooperation between the Parties identified by the project, namely: increasing the level of knowledge and skills of young people in creating social enterprises in educational institutions through training activities; building a regional hub in Kharkiv that will provide methodological support, consulting and engagement of mentors for the development of social enterprises in educational institutions; conducting an information campaign to promote the concept of social entrepreneurship and engaging regional partners (regional administrations, city councils) in informing the public.
