The Department of Food Technology, Light Industry and Design continues its collaboration with Associazione U.C.M. – Italy to facilitate summer work placements for food-related students at restaurants and catering establishments in Italy.
An internship in Italy is a wonderful opportunity to spend the summer on the Adriatic coast, learn how to cook Italian dishes, gain work experience in the restaurant industry, and get to know the European way of life. Interns also receive a salary.
