  • The role of citizens in the state.
  • Tools for civic participation.
  • The project cycle.
  • The SMART approach to project activities.

  • An interactive session on tolerance, critical thinking and accepting different points of view.
  • Project planning, distribution of responsibilities and attracting resources.
  • Practical classes on financial planning, building partnerships and improving grant proposals.

Results and impressions:

Over the course of three days, participants developed their own ideas for social initiatives that could receive up to €500 in funding for implementation in their communities. Maksym Baturin and Kyrylo Kosharnyi presented their own youth project, “Board & Tea”, aimed at resocialisation, psychological support for young people, and helping internally displaced persons adapt.

The students and administration of the ERI “UEPA” express their gratitude to the organisers and speakers of the event for the opportunity to participate in such training sessions, gain knowledge in person and learn about the latest approaches to education!
