From January to October 2024, the project ONLY: Open a New Leader in Yourself’ - an educational programme for women employees of Ukrainian higher education institutions, which was intended to help develop leadership and innovation in Ukrainian universities. The project was implemented by Kingston University, Lviv Polytechnic National University and Tech StartUp School with the support of the British Council Ukraine as part of the Going Global Partnerships Gender Equality Partnerships programme.
From January to October 2024, the project ONLY: Open a New Leader in Yourself’ - an educational programme for women employees of Ukrainian higher education institutions, which was intended to help develop leadership and innovation in Ukrainian universities. The project was implemented by Kingston University, Lviv Polytechnic National University and Tech StartUp School with the support of the British Council Ukraine as part of the Going Global Partnerships Gender Equality Partnerships programme.
The guest speakers were Pavlo Sheremeta, a Ukrainian manager-economist and founder of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, and Olena Chorna, a practical psychologist and expert in self-development. Each of the participants was assigned to a Ukrainian and British mentor. At the end of the project, the participants presented their projects. Maryna Vasylieva presented the project ‘Roadmap for organising the effective functioning of the Lab of Creativity and Youth Initiatives (Roadmap4LabCreativity&YouthInitiatives)’, which received a positive assessment.
