Mr Franz Ernst Hofweber was born on 25 August 1961 in Oberried, Switzerland.

Franz Ernst Hofweber is a therapist in alternative and Far Eastern medicine. He has contributed to alternative medicine and cultural life, and is committed to supporting and promoting humanistic goals. Franz Ernst Hofweber interacts with the Swiss authorities and also has ties with the German-Ukrainian Society for Economics and Science, based in Mainz and Berlin. Franz Ernst Hofweber is an active member of the Ukrainian-German and German-Israeli societies in Berlin.
The Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy has been cooperating with Mr Franz Ernst Hofweber for several years in the form of seminars and lectures, and promoting educational policies with a positive academic impact. Mr Franz Ernst Hofweber has contributed to the development of social and psychological components at the Academy. He was invited to lecture and conduct seminars on ‘Educational and critical analysis of the healing process and aspects of gastritis therapy with human reflex zones’ and ‘Meridians - the system of channels in the human body’ with postgraduate and master students as a professor on a voluntary basis.
Franz Ernst Hofweber has become a promoter of the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy, using his knowledge for the purposes of the Academy in view of Ukraine's future position in the EU.
