On 21 April 2026, the National University of Food Technologies (Kyiv) hosted the All-Ukrainian competition for student research projects in the field of “Food Technology and Engineering” (section: “Food and Health Products Technology”). The Department of Food Technology, Light Industry and Design took part in the competition.
Supervisor: Oleksandr Oleksandrov, Associate Professor of the Department of Food Technology, Light Industry and Design at the Education and Research Institute “Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy” of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
Participant: Denys Kovylov, first-year Master’s student in the DPOH-25mg group.
Following the results of the competition, the candidate received a certificate in the “Originality of Idea” category, whilst the academic supervisor received a letter of appreciation.
