The Education and Research Institute “Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy” hosted a workshop entitled “Fundamentals of Project Management in International Projects”, dedicated to modern approaches to the organisation and implementation of international project activities.
The speaker at the event was Oleksandr Prysiazhnyi, a specialist at the Centre for Innovative Educational Technologies. As a participant in many of the Centre’s projects, he shared with the audience his practical experience of working in the field of project management and international cooperation. During the session, students learnt about the key stages of project development, the principles of building an effective team, and the specific challenges of organising work in an international environment.
The workshop examined current trends in the development of international projects, as well as mechanisms for planning activities, allocating responsibilities and facilitating communication amongst team members. Particular attention was paid to the practical aspects of implementing project ideas and identifying opportunities to participate in international programmes and initiatives.
During the interactive part of the event, participants analysed real-life case studies, discussed potential difficulties during project implementation and ways to resolve them effectively. This format enabled students to gain a better understanding of the specifics of project work and the importance of teamwork. Participants expressed great interest in taking part in various projects and events.
The workshop provided an important opportunity for students to develop their professional and communication skills, whilst also raising their awareness of current international educational and project opportunities.
