On 11 March 2026, the Department of Marketing and Commercial Business at the ERI “UEPA” of Karazin University took part in a business seminar for young entrepreneurs as part of the “Small Business School 2026” programme – “Laboratory of Success” – on the topic “Psychological resilience of entrepreneurs. Monetization of Talents”.
The aim of the event was to familiarise participants with the importance of developing psychological resilience as one of the key factors in successful entrepreneurship, as well as to help them understand how their own talents and strengths can be transformed into business ideas and stable sources of income.
During the seminar, participants discussed the impact of psychological resilience on entrepreneurial thinking, managerial decision-making and the ability to overcome crises. Particular attention was paid to identifying individual talents, developing them and utilising them to create competitive business products.
The speakers at the event were representatives of the Kharkiv branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center:
Alona Radionova – psychologist in the career guidance department;
Larysa Kharina – psychologist and head of the career guidance department.
The speakers shared practical advice on developing an entrepreneur’s inner resources, building resilience and making effective use of personal potential in business.
The event was organised with the support of a number of educational, government and public organisations.
We would like to thank all participants and partners for their active involvement and support for the development of youth entrepreneurship!
