A representative of CIET, a researcher at the ERI “UEPA”, participated in ThinkLab at the Kyiv School of Economics

Kyrylo KOSHARNYI, representative of the Centre for Innovative Educational Technologies at the ERI “Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy”, joined the ThinkLab intensive educational programme organised by the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE).

The main goal of the event was to bring together active young people, representatives of the public sector and top management to discuss strategies for Ukraine's recovery, economic development and the introduction of innovative approaches to management.

The ThinkLab programme has become a unique platform for open dialogue with opinion leaders. The speakers at the event included:

Tymofii Mylovanov — current director of KSE, professor at the University of Pittsburgh, former Minister of Economy of Ukraine;

Volodymyr Popereshniuk — co-founder of Nova Post, entrepreneur and free economy ideologist;

Andrii Motovylovets — Member of Parliament of Ukraine;

Maksym Nefodov — former head of the State Customs Service, ideologist of public procurement reform.

During the event, participants and experts discussed the following issues:

- strategic development of Ukrainian business in conditions of global instability;

- tools for economic transformation and attracting investment;

- the role of education and psychological resilience in state-building processes;

- effective mechanisms for interaction between government, business and society.

Particular attention was paid to the development of critical thinking and the ability to make management decisions based on data analysis. These skills were developed through an educational game in which participants had to play the role of political parties and take part in parliament to vote on bills and government initiatives.

The experience and insights gained are extremely valuable.

The administration of the ERI “UEPA” of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University expresses its gratitude to the Kyiv School of Economics team for the opportunity to involve students in such intellectual discussions that shape the future elite of our state!
