A representative of the ERI “UEPA” took part in a transnational meeting of UA-Talent-UP project partners

 

The transnational meeting of partners planned in the work package of the international project UA-Talent-UP took place at the University of Cyprus (Nicosia) on 6-7 November 2025. Karazin University, as one of the Ukrainian partners, was represented at the meeting by the person responsible for the implementation of the project, the academic coordinator of the UA-Talent-UP project, Deputy Director of the Education and Research Institute “Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy”, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Maryna Vasylieva, and the project manager, Deputy Head of the International Relations Department, Roman Nesterenko. 

The international project UA-Talent-UP (No. 101129457) is implemented within the framework of the EU Erasmus+ Programme (Capacity Building in Higher Education). The project aims to improve the competences of teachers and trainers at Ukrainian educational institutions in order to develop the creativity, global entrepreneurial potential and intercultural skills of students and teachers.

During the session “Creativity Hubs and Implementation of UA Trainings: State of the Art and Action Plan”, the key results of the project implementation at the ERI “UEPA” of Karazin University were presented: a creativity hub space was created; a series of trainings for students and teachers on the development of global competencies and entrepreneurial skills was developed; an online course focusing on the creation and implementation of MOOC courses is currently being developed, after which practical training sessions for teachers are planned.

The meeting agenda included discussions on the development and evaluation of the MOOC platform, its sustainability, the implementation of UA-Talent-UP training courses, and the opening of creativity hubs at Ukrainian universities, as well as the dissemination of interim results and planning of further steps.
