Yuliia DUDNIEVA, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Management of the ERI “Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy", as part of the delegation from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, took part in the 13th International Staff Training Week, which took place at the University of Wroclaw (Republic of Poland) from 19 to 23 May 2025.
This international event brought together more than 40 representatives from 17 universities in Europe, Asia and Africa.
The programme of the event was rich and multifaceted. During the week, the participants took part in:
- presentations of the participating higher education institutions and discussions of opportunities for expanding international partnerships;
- training on team communication development;
- lectures and discussions on intercultural interaction, internationalisation, and inclusive approaches to staff development;
- learning the basics of Polish language and culture in an interactive format;
- visits to cultural and historical locations, including: Panorama of the Battle of Racławice, Botanical Garden of the University of Wroclaw, National Museum and Arboretum in Wojsławice.
Of particular value was the opportunity to exchange experience with representatives of universities from different countries, discuss challenges and solutions in the field of academic mobility and support for internationalisation in the context of global instability.
Participation in the International Staff Training Week has become an important stage in the professional development of participants, expansion of international relations and raising awareness of modern practices in higher education management.
