Members of student government of the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy Tetyana Kostrova, Maksym Baturin, Oleksandr Prysiazhnyi, Ksenia Fedyai and Anastasia Yelagina held a workshop on topic “The role of youth in national and public identity”.
The workshop, held on December 14, was dedicated to the partnership between youth, the state, civil society and foreign partners.
The following topical issues were discussed at the workshop:
- How regional administrations work with youth under martial law;
- Youth and the state: plans, perspectives and interaction;
- Development of ideas for joint projects and initiatives with the state;
- Youth and public activism: presentation of opportunities of UNICEF Ukraine and partners;
- Development and improvement of programs for youth in the Eastern region;
- Application of the UPSHIFT methodology to solve community problems;
- Youth and international and all-Ukrainian organizations that support youth projects;
- Youth and international and all-Ukrainian partners;
- Formation of coordination groups and presentation of results of work in groups.
At the end of the workshop, the results were summed up and the main directions of the development of projects for young people were formed, students presented their project ideas to each other. During the event, new people were found for the student government, students expressed their desire to participate in workshops in the future.
